Workshop Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. What Your Registration Includes

• One three-hour, instructor-led workshop
• A participant workbook and guided reflection exercises
• Support identifying your current career moment and one direction to explore
• Guidance identifying the gaps between where you are and where you want to go
• Support creating a first-pass 90-Day Future Motion Plan
• One meaningful action to begin within seven days
• A personal commitment and accountability plan
• A LaRue Grace-developed prompt and guided opportunity to create a Future in Motion™ digital portrait

This workshop provides guidance, tools, and a structured experience. Results depend on each participant's participation and follow-through. The workshop does not guarantee employment, a promotion, increased income, or another specific career or business outcome.

2. Digital Portrait and AI Tool Access

Participants will use an AI tool available to them to generate their digital portrait during the workshop. Once created, the portrait can be downloaded and saved to the participant's device.

The $49 registration does not include a separate paid AI subscription.

Please save your portrait: Download the image before leaving the workshop. Continued access and storage are controlled by the selected AI provider and cannot be guaranteed by LaRue Grace.

3. Participant Cancellations

All cancellation, transfer, or credit requests must be submitted by email to workshops@laruegrace.com. The time the email is received will determine whether the request is eligible for a refund.

Full refund: A request received at least 72 hours before the workshop's scheduled start time, Central Time, is eligible for a full refund. A request received exactly 72 hours before the start time qualifies.

Within 72 hours: A request received fewer than 72 hours before the workshop begins is not eligible for a cash refund. The participant may transfer her registration to another person or request a one-time credit toward a future From Moment to Movement™ workshop.

No-show: A participant who does not attend and does not provide notice before the workshop begins is not eligible for a refund, transfer, or future credit.

The exact cancellation deadline will be included in the registration confirmation email after the workshop date and start time are finalized.

72-hour example: If a workshop begins at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Saturday, the refund deadline is 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday.

4. Refund Processing

A full refund means the complete $49 registration fee will be returned to the original payment method. LaRue Grace will initiate an approved refund within five business days. The participant's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5. If LaRue Grace Cancels or Reschedules

If LaRue Grace cancels the workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their registration to a future workshop.

If the workshop date or start time changes after registration, participants may accept the new schedule, transfer to another available workshop, or request a full refund.

6. Portrait and Workshop Materials

Participants may download, keep, and use their completed Future in Motion™ portrait for personal, noncommercial purposes.

If LaRue Grace provides a branded portrait file, participants agree not to remove or alter the LaRue Grace name, logo, or “Created through From Moment to Movement™” identification when sharing that branded version.

The From Moment to Movement™ framework, workbook, facilitator content, prompts, and branded templates remain the property of LaRue Grace. They may not be copied, sold, distributed, published, or used to conduct another workshop without written permission.

7. Agreement

By completing registration, the participant confirms that she has reviewed what the $49 workshop includes and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
